Was it an Angel?

Key West FL....circa 1966

I was living in a trailer with 3 small children behind my Mother-in-law's church. She lived next to the church. My husband at the time was in Vietnam. One night around 2 a m I woke up to the sound of singing. I thought to myself, "who in the world would be singing at this hour?" And what was strange was that there was no music to the voice. The voice made it's own music. It flowed out of the persons mouth so smoothly.I got out of bed to look out the window to see if anyone was in the church. All was dark. I couldn't believe how beautiful this voice was. It was very clear but in a language I had never heard. I stood at the window listening and looking to see if I could see any movement outside. The singing sounded like it WAS coming from inside the church. But it was dark in there.

This was like no other voice I had ever heard. I stayed at the window til the singing stopped. Now Key West back then was mostly Spanish speaking people, and I'm one of those people. That song was not in Spanish. Whatever the words were, they were beautiful. Next morning I told my Mother-in-law about it. She said I had heard an angel singing. My mother-in-law was Pastor of said church and she was deeply devoted to God, and she also spoke in tongues. I heard a piece of Heaven that night.
